    Eau Gallie Discount Pharmacy is a free app for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android users.
    There is no charge to download or use the app.

  • Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
    Yes, we accept Medicare Part D, Medicaid and most major private insurance plans.

  • What if I don’t have insurance?
    If you don’t have insurance, we have some of the best cash prices on the beach… sometimes even better than if you used your insurance. We aim to beat any major competitor’s price. No matter how little/more you spend, we will ultimately help you save!

  • If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
    Yes, we will contact your prescriber for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number, so we may contact you, if necessary.

  • Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
    Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.

  • Can you help me with questions regarding my medications?
    We are here for you. Our pharmacist will monitor your prescription history, always take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have, so, you can walk out with a better understanding of your medications.

  • I take multiple medications. Can I ask for guidance on its usage?
    We make sure to check every or any drug interaction that you might have with your medications and also check for drug allergies. We will be glad to share our knowledge and advice you on your path to a better health.

  • If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?
    When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.

  • What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the time indicated?
    We will hold your prescription for ten days. After ten days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you, upon request.

  • Can I pick up my family member’s prescription(s)? What information will you need?
    You must have proper identification and you must, according to HIPAA guidelines, be an authorized caregiver for the patient(s) whose prescriptions(s) you are picking up.

  • Can you deliver my prescriptions?
    Yes, we will call you to schedule a delivery once we receive your request and your contact phone number.

  • Can I prepay for my prescriptions online?
    Currently, we do not accept online payments. We only accept payments at the time of pickup/delivery.
